Starting with a classic bechamel sauce, we made our roux and mixed in our milk....

Building flavor by adding sour & heavy creams,  garlic, onion & white pepper, and  our smoked gouda.

Served with cavatappi pasta, this mac & cheese recipe is creamy, smokey, and delicious.

Enough to feed 6 people comfortably...

We served our smoked gouda mac alongside smoked vegetables and pan seared pork tenderloin.
