EASILY SMOKE VEGETABLES AT HOME

A recipe for classic or pellet smokers

Here is an easy smoked vegetable recipe that will perfectly pair with all your smokey creations.

We used broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, red onions, baby carrots & portobello mushrooms to create this smoky veggie side dish.

Liberally covered & tossed in a herb & garlic infused oil, kosher salt & fresh ground pepper these veggies are off to the smoker.

Smoked at 350 for between 30-40 minutes, or until fork tender these veggies were perfection.

Crispy edges, meets smokey flavor, and a mild sweet undertone. We couldn't figure out which bite was best.
