SMOKEY ROASTED VEGETABLES

We used broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, red onions, baby carrots & portobello mushrooms to create this smoky veggie side dish.

Liberally covered & tossed in a herb & garlic infused oil, kosher salt & fresh ground pepper these veggies are off to the smoker.

Smoked at 350 for between 30-40 minutes, or until fork tender these veggies were perfection.

Crispy edges, meets smokey flavor, and a mild sweet undertone. We couldn't figure out which bite was best.

We paired our smoked vegetables with a pan seared pork tenderloin & smoked gouda mac & cheese.
