Smoked pork tenderloin is a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth main dish that is so often overlooked.

Covered in the perfect spice blend, and smoked to perfection, this is not one to be missed!

Using pantry ingredients, we made a spice rub that pairs perfectly with pork. Chili powder, oregano, paprika & cocoa to name a few...

Pan seared in a cast iron skillet to create an extra layer of flavor...

Finished in a 350 degree smoker with hickory  until an internal temp of 145 is reached.

Once finished, let them rest on the cutting board for a few minutes...

Then slice and enjoy with your favorite sides like smoked gouda mac & cheese or roasted veggies.
